We verify the supplier’s identity and licensing or authorisation status and undertake the required KYC and due diligence procedures.
Gold Presentation & Documentation
The supplier presents the gold together with the relevant transaction and ownership documentation for verification.
Weighing & Assaying
The gold is accurately weighed and assayed to establish its weight, purity and quality.
Pricing
The transaction price is determined in accordance with applicable GoldBod pricing requirements and Goldenmark’s licence conditions.
Purchase & Payment
Following satisfactory verification of the supplier, gold and transaction, Goldenmark completes the purchase using its own financing resources.
Transaction Documentation
The required transaction documentation and records are prepared and maintained in accordance with applicable requirements.
Secure Handling & Transportation
Purchased gold is securely handled, stored and transported using authorised arrangements.
Aggregation & Supply
The purchased gold is aggregated for onward supply in accordance with Goldenmark’s licence and applicable regulatory requirements.
