Who we are
GOLDENMARK GHANA LTD. was established in 2025 as part of the wider Goldenmark group’s international vision for the precious metals sector.
Led by Dominik Kleemann, JD, MBA, Chief Executive Officer, the company was established to bring the Goldenmark group’s experience, commercial expertise and international perspective to Ghana’s gold industry through a dedicated local operation.
Goldenmark Ghana has since obtained its licence to operate as a Self-Finance Aggregator under the GoldBod framework, establishing the company within Ghana’s regulated gold aggregation sector.
The company draws on the wider Goldenmark group’s experience in precious metals, international trade, cross-border business development and commercial partnerships while developing its own operational presence and relationships in Ghana.
Our ambition is to build a trusted and enduring gold business that combines strong local operations with international commercial expertise.

GoldBod Licensing — The company obtained its licence to operate as a Self-Finance Aggregator within Ghana’s regulated gold framework.
Operational Development — Goldenmark established its local operations and continues to develop relationships across Ghana’s regulated gold supply chain.
International Commercial Development — The company continues to develop relationships with reputable commercial partners and approved international off-takers, supported by the wider Goldenmark group’s international experience and network.
